The T-shirt arrived with the pre-selected design, but as soon as I unpacked it, I noticed a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell. I assume it was caused by the paint or the material used to apply the print.
I decided to wash the T-shirt before wearing it for the first time and used the most gentle cycle available. Unfortunately, after just one delicate wash, the entire print practically peeled off and was completely ruined. I ended up having to throw the T-shirt away without even wearing it once!
How can you sell a product that cannot even withstand one delicate wash? If the print is applied so poorly, customers should at least be warned about it.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. This isn’t just poor quality — the product is practically unusable. The money was completely wasted. I definitely do not recommend this product, and the manufacturer seriously needs to improve the quality of both the materials and the printing.
Dark images are harder to see. Customer services takes up to a day to reply if you're in the US because they're located in Europe. Despite informing them to ship my packages as soon as possible, they proceeded to confirm and show me a proof via sperate emails which were all on sperate days. This delayed my package from arriving on the expected date.
The pictures of my face came out way too dark you cant even tell its me in the pictures on the shirt , im NOT VERY PLEASED !
