Personalized Blanket – Multicolored Pet Photo With Name And Initial

I was skeptical at first, because I found out about this company from a Facebook ad.But hands down to these guys! Top quality! The blanket is high quality, super soft, and the pictures turned out flawlessly! 10/10 would recommend getting one of these!

The first they sent me the damage product with the different color than the order. Then when I put a request with email, they sent me the email back when I respond. They never contact me again. I will make a dispute charges on my credit card. It’s ridiculous how this is unresponsible service.

The name on the blanket and the letter is backwards. Everything I send an email to customer service it fails because their email is full!! Unbelievable!

Can I give it zero stars? I ordered a blanket for a white dog named BAYLA. The first blanket that came was a black dog named Chiquita. They corrected the mistake and said they’d send me another one. Mind you each time it took about 30 days to get here ground to Alaska, but it arrived and when we opened that package, it was a black cat named Charlie. I’ve been trying to reach out to them again and their mailbox is full.

Rip off company. Received blanket with block written backwards. I contacted customer support. Got response from person named Floria Salzer that said replacement will be sent free of charge. I responded "yes" I wanted it replaced. Then received another email from same person saying they haven't heard from me. So I responded again that I wanted replacement. Again I received email from Floria Salzer saying they haven't heard from me and are closing the case. This time I responded to the customer support email. I have not received a replacement or a message from customer support. Bad customer service and bad quality products.

A nice way to remember my best friend. There will never be another Copper or any way to fill the void he left, but the blanket hangs as a small tribute to his massive impact.

Great blanket!!

The quality is great but my order is incorrect. It is supposed to be able trim and paw print with a grey background. There was a special for the large size , which I requested but received the small size. I have reached out a couple times to customer service. They requested a photo and said they would look into it but still not making it correct. Our dog recently passed away and we wanted this memory blanket of Dawson. I am so upset that it is incorrect and it has become a problem. I get annoyed every time I look at it and another day goes by that I haven’t received information that they will correct it & send a new one. Lynn Dacey

I ordered blue. Purple came. They made excuses that computer images don’t always translate to actual print. Offered 25% off. I showed them what I wanted based on advertising pictures. They offered 75% off and would not replace. It was a very special gift for my son whose pet that passed away. I was disappointed in the process.

Mothers day present for my wife. We lost Zoey in January. We miss her!
